Our 'Into the Wild' school field-trip program provides
meaningful field trip opportunities that connect with BC Classroom curriculums. We offer 2 hour
programs tailored to grade-level and incorporating the BC Curriculum's BIG IDEAS to ensure classes are
accessing education and fun!
Cost is $12/child for a 2-hour program
Your child will participate in K.I.N.'s unique forest curriculum framework and our Educators will
facilitate opportunities to explore our forest, connect with nature and peers, as well as practice
forest-specific activities such as plant identification, animal life cycles, animal safety and care,
shelter-building, crafting, forest games and much more.
We will also focus on areas of growth around belonging, well-being, contribution, communication,
empathy, and respect for oneself, each other, and nature.
